Follow the Plan

Acts 6:3-4 Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them and will give our attention to prayer and the ministry of the word."
The disciplines understood the importance of delegation and that they could not handle doing everything, something would suffer and it would most likely be the spread of the word of God.
Two things must take place if any ministry is going to be successful.
1. Team work: Two are better than one. More can get done with more invovled.
2. Detailed plans: God is a god of order. Every time He has given instruction there has always been details.
3. Follow through: A plan is only good when put into practice.
This week has been crazy but I keep looking at the plan and working it. I have a responsibility and it will not happen by itself.
Lord, thank you for the plan and for focus and determination. I love you. Amen
